What "Valid" means
The report was signed with a company key registered with Assos Marine Services, while that key was in force, and it has not been changed since. It does not confirm the noon report data itself: the figures are as good as the reports and documents the ship sent.
Compare the report ID and key figures shown here with the ones printed on the report: they must be the same.
